I live in Half Moon Bay. I am embraced and inspired by the ocean.
My art work began in 1982 with black and white photography. I am interested in capturing a simple poetry of line, texture, and form. I am drawn to the elegant beauty of singular brush strokes, understated color schemes, and dramatic compositions. My art education, while not formal is extensive. I have studied art at Smith College, Northwest Center of Photography, Kirkland Arts Center, Anderson Ranch Arts Center, Pacific Art League, and College of San Mateo.
